Program Manager

Ms. Rojina Sharma is a trained professional of renewable energy sector of Nepal. She is a Civil Engineer with Masters degree in Energy and Environmental Management, from Europa University of Flensburg, Germany. She has worked in Alternative Energy Promotion Centre, UNDP’s Sustainable Energy for All Program, and is currently involved in Nepal Energy Foundation.


Program Officer

Mr. Sagar Dharel is an electrical engineer with Masters’ Degree in Power System Engineering from Institute of Engineering, Tribhuwan University. He has been involved in various research projects related to electrical power system, renewable energy and their integration to power system. He joined NEF as a program officer, and has been involved in projects initiated by NEF, especially in the research projects.


Finance and Administrative Officer

Mr. Ramsundar Khadka is a highly committed, motivated, and hardworking person with more than five years of experience in accounting and nine years of experience in administration. He has Master Degree in Sociology (M.A), Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (B.B.S), and Bachelor degree in Education. He has sound skills and knowledge in accounting, administration, and cost management.



Ms. Gita Thapa has completed School Leaving Certificate, and has sound knowledge in management of office. She is responsible for day to day activities such as cooking, cleaning, management of office equipment, and documentation. She also has computer skills in running MS Word, and Nepali type.

Rajan Shah

Program Officer

Rajan Shah is an Electrical Engineer graduated from Kathmandu University. He is currently supporting NEF team as an Electrical Engineer, especially in research projects related to electrical power system, grid and off-grid electrification initiated by NEF.
