Dr. Adhikari has worked with governments, private enterprises, state-owned entities, and prestigious international organizations like DANIDA/NORAD, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and the World Bank. Throughout his illustrious career, he has exhibited outstanding leadership in various domains such as organizational management, policy formulation, strategic planning, and project execution. His extensive expertise encompasses a diverse range of skills, including policy formulation, effective governance practices, project management, rigorous evaluation techniques, resource mobilization, and innovative financing approaches. Notable milestones in Dr. Adhikari's distinguished career include his role as Senior National Advisor DANIDA to the AEPC/Government of Nepal, International Advisor from the World Bank to the Government of Myanmar, and his tenure as Executive Director of the Alternative Energy Promotion Center (AEPC), the nodal agency of the Nepalese government for promoting Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency.
